All Phoenix Candidates are fully assessed and qualified for the role we are seeking to fill. Of the 40-50 Candidates typically assessed, only 2-3 are put forward to Clients for interview. Hence our claim all that all Candidates put forward are Top 5% performers.

At all times, Phoenix has a "stock" of quality Candidates in our pipeline for locations throughout Australia. Most are currently employed, some are between jobs.
