By selecting this option, the Client does not become liable for any payment to Phoenix until the successful Candidate is selected and an offer is accepted and signed by both the Client and the Candidate.The Phoenix Fee for a Contingency Search is a percentage of the Candidate’s remuneration package for the first year.
It is payable on the commencement date of the successful Candidate.
